Terms of service — 24/7 Support

1. The service

24/7 Support gives general information about health & safety and CDM 2015 law and HSE guidance in force in England, in answer to questions from businesses. It is available through our app, WhatsApp and Telegram. It is provided by the company named on our website (“we”).

2. What it is not

Answers are general guidance produced by an automated system. They can be incomplete or wrong. They are not a site inspection, a risk assessment, a document review, or the appointment of a competent person, principal designer or principal contractor. They don't replace advice based on a visit to your site. You remain responsible for health and safety on your site and for decisions you make. In an emergency call 999 first, then our H&S Emergency Line.

3. Who can use it

The service is for businesses and people acting for a business in England. You must be 18 or over.

4. Who can use the service

24/7 Support is part of the Patron annual subscription. Patron gives access to the people your company names. Subscription terms and price are agreed with you in your contract. We may apply a fair-use daily limit.

5. Fair use

Don't use the service for anything unlawful, to collect our content in bulk, to test or break its security, or to send other people's personal data. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Our content

The answers, our law library and the way the service works belong to us or our licensors. You can use answers for your own business.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, because the service gives general information only, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or business, and our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid for 24/7 Support in that period .

8. Changes and ending

We may change or stop the service and these terms; we'll tell subscribers in advance of any change that affects them. You can stop using the service at any time.

9. Law
